Flux, the latest AI image generator from Black Forest Labs, has rapidly emerged as a formidable competitor to Midjourney. Unlike Midjourney’s exclusive, paid service, Flux is open-source and accessible across platforms like Freepik, NightCafe, and Hugging Face.
To evaluate Flux’s photorealism and human depiction accuracy, I crafted five detailed prompts and tested both models. Using ComfyUI via the Pinokio AI installer, I generated images with Flux. The results were impressive, showcasing Flux’s potential to rival Midjourney in creating lifelike images.
